The Travel & Expense Management team, in partnership with Procurement and Contract Services, has updated the guidance for reserving rental cars for student travelers.
University purchase orders (POs) may only be used for students traveling on behalf of UC Merced. Faculty and staff travelers must reserve rental cars through Concur and use their Travel & Expense (T&E) card for payment.
For added convenience, a step-by-step guide for student rental car reservations is now available. If you have questions about student rental car reservations, please contact procurement@ucmerced.edu or travel@ucmerced.edu.
