What are the benefits of booking through Concur?
Concur offers benefits and features you won't find on other booking sites for your personal and business travel, such as:

All travel booked through the Concur system is automatically forwarded to UC Merced's travel insurance provider. No further registration is required.
How do I use Concur?
Access the system through the Concur portal. You must be an active UC Merced employee to use Concur.
Help and Technical Support
If you have a current UCM employee ID number and cannot log in to Concur, get help from the Travel & Expense Management team by submitting a Service Now ticket:
- Log in to the Service Now self-service portal and select Travel & Expense Management General Inquiry
If you are successfully logged in to Concur but need help with the system, follow the steps above to submit a Service Now ticket.
