Student Employees
Students with employement appointments at UC Merced are considered employees within the Concur reimbursement system. You will log in to Concur using the Single-Signin option with your UC Merced credentials. This workflow chart outlines the process for reimbursing student employees.
Student (Non-Employees)
Students who are not employed at UC Merced are considered Sponsored Guests in the Concur Reimbursement system. Once your profile is setup an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to update your password. It is important to note you will use the 'Sign in with your password' option using the credentials provided in the email. This workflow chart outlines the process of reimbursing students.
