Receiving a reimbursement? Here are some things you, as a guest or non-employee (i.e. student), should know about Concur.
If you traveled to UC Merced or on behalf of UC Merced and the sponsoring department has agreed to reimburse your travel expenses, your reimbursement will be processed through UC Merced's Travel & Expense Management office.
Please provide a mailing address where you can reliably receive mail for the next 4–6 weeks, as reimbursement payments are mailed by check. Providing a valid mailing address helps ensure timely processing and delivery of your reimbursement and prevents delays if you are traveling or relocating.
