Travel and Expense Management is pleased to announce a successful update to the Concur workflow. Effective X, Principal Investigators (PIs) with Contracts and Grants have now been fully integrated into the Concur approval process.
As a result, Reimbursement, PCard, and Travel Reservation approvals previously required through ServiceNow will no longer be necessary. PIs will now receive email notifications directly from Concur when their approval is needed. This improvement streamlines the process, reducing delays and ensuring a more efficient experience for all users.
