Governor Newsom signed SB 447 which ends the ban on state funded travel to any of the 24 states that had
enacted anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and were listed on the California Attorney Generals website. The bill was
signed September 13th and takes effect immediately, which means that all travel restrictions to those 24
states on the banned list have been now completely lifted.
