There’s an important update in Concur that directly impacts anyone who has a P.O. Box entered on the "Bank Information" page of their profile and receives reimbursements via direct deposit (EFT). This change requires immediate action to ensure your future reimbursements are processed without delays. Please review the details below and update your address as needed.
What has changed?
Concur no longer supports P.O. Box addresses for users who receive reimbursements via EFT. As a result, it is essential to update your mailing address in the Concur system.
What do you need to do?
Please log in to Concur, navigate to your profile, select Bank Information, and update your address from a P.O. Box to a valid physical address.
What happens if I do nothing?
If your Bank Information address is not updated from a P.O. Box to a physical address and you submit a reimbursement request, your payment will not be processed and your reimbursement will be significantly delayed.
