New Automated Notifications for Unprocessed Airfare – Starting June 3

The Travel & Expense Management team is excited to announce a Concur system enhancement that will improve how unreconciled airfare reminders are delivered.

Starting Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Concur will begin sending automated notifications for any unprocessed airfare and agency fee transactions.

What’s Changing:
Previously, these reminders were sent manually by the Travel & Expense Management team. With this update, travelers will receive timely, system-generated notifications directly from Concur when airfare transactions remain unprocessed.

Benefits:
This new process will streamline notifications and reduce manual follow-up by providing timely, consistent reminders to travelers.

Reminder:
Per university policy, travel expenses must be submitted within 45 days of the last date of travel. If airfare transactions remain unprocessed past this deadline, travelers will continue receiving reminders until the transactions are resolved.
